Happy Valentine’s Day!

Some like it, some hate it. Either way, the theme is L-O-V-E. We’re all about self love today, and embracing every perfect imperfection that makes you, YOU! Here are our favourite ways to indulge in self love with skincare: 

1. Have a bath

Bath bombs, oils, bubbles, rubber ducks… you deserve a bath with all the trimmings today. Fill your tub, light some candles, grab your favourite bath accessories, and enjoy pure indulgence. Why not, eh?

2. Make a DIY face mask

The only thing better than a face mask is one you made yourself in your kitchen. Whip up your own face mask using natural ingredients from your cupboards (like coconut oil, olive oil, and oats). Not sure what to make? Try mixing mashed avocado and banana with jojoba oil and a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice. Apply to your face for 15-20 minutes and rinse to reveal fresh, bright skin. Ooh la la! 

3. Try a jade roller

Jade rolling has long been thought toreduce skin inflammation and puffiness. A cold roller can stimulate the lymphatic system and blood circulation, which helps to brighten complexion. The best bit? That cooling, rejuvenating feeling that lingers on the skin long after. Get ready to exude some serious radiance! 

4. Massage your face

9. Focus on forgotten areas

 When was the last time you treated your feet to a soak and a scrub? Or applied body butter to the rough skin on your knees and elbows? Valentine’s Day is a great excuse to focus on those areas of the body that tend to be missed. They may be hidden under clothes most of the time, but they deserve a little love too. 

10. Declutter skincare for a clear mind
